1. 1. Non-Returnable Products:

      • Any product that is not a 3D memory item becomes non-returnable and non-cancellable once processed.

      • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply on certain products, depending on the product category.

   2. Product Condition:

      • All products are shipped as refurbished by default, unless selected otherwise for new retail condition at the time of order.

   3. Shipping & Availability:

      • Items are typically dispatched within 24 hours, subject to stock availability.

      • Our online shipping calculator estimates costs for items under 5 lbs. For heavier equipment (e.g., servers, motherboards, racks), shipping costs may differ — our customer service team will confirm before finalizing the order.

   4. Manufacturer Part Numbers:

      • Many manufacturers (such as HP, Dell, IBM, and Compaq) assign corresponding Spare Part Numbers (Spare P/N#) or Field Replacement Unit Numbers (FRU#) to their products.

      • The received item may display one of these numbers, which are valid replacements for the ordered part.

      • For assistance verifying compatibility, contact our Sales Department.

   5. Warranty Policy:

      • Most items include a 30-day limited DOA (Dead on Arrival) exchange warranty for replacement with the same part only.

      • Some drives may carry a 90-day warranty—please confirm with our sales team.

      • Additional warranties (manufacturer, service, or extended) may also apply depending on the product.

   6. Product Packaging & Accessories:

      • All items are bulk equipment and typically do not include drivers or CDs. Contact us to confirm availability if you require installation media.

      • Product images are for illustrative purposes only—the actual product may differ slightly.

      • Packaging may vary (e.g., OEM or plain bulk packaging) depending on stock and order quantity.

      • Refurbished printers may not include toners or full ink cartridges.

   7. End-of-Life (EOL) Products:

      • EOL items that are no longer in production may be replaced with a compatible equivalent featuring the same FRU number and functionality.
