      • Many manufacturers (such as HP, Dell, IBM, and Compaq) assign corresponding Spare Part Numbers (Spare P/N#) or Field Replacement Unit Numbers (FRU#) to their products.

      • The received item may display one of these numbers, which are valid replacements for the ordered part.

   5. Warranty Policy:

      • Most items include a 30-day limited DOA (Dead on Arrival) exchange warranty for replacement with the same part only.
